Booking Policy Appointment : I strive to deliver the best care to you. All payments must be paid in cash Please consider when booking you must send a $10 non refundable deposit RIGHT AWAY. ‼️ Stephanie M. Zelle or Apple Pay 240-476-0221 (leave description empty) The remaining balance is paid cash only. Everyone has a 10 min grace period. Anything after 10 may result in loss of appointment. Please communicate if you are having trouble or issues. Pre Appointment No guest/ No kids allowed For your safety please remove contacts before appointment. Do not come with eye makeup. Avoid mascara 2-3 days before appointment for better retention. No Caffeine before lash appointment Arrival : Please park on the side where my mail box is. Appointments before 7 p.m DO NOT block mail box When you have arrived please text me. I will then let you know when to come in Once entered please remove shoes Cancellation/ Rescheduling Please contact me 24-48 hours if you want to cancel or reschedule. Please note if you do so you’re deposit will transfer over to your new appointment Cancellations under 24 hours will result in loss of deposit + an additional 50% charge of service. No call no show will result in 100% service charge 2nd time will result in being banned from booking with me in the future. Lash Refills Please book your refill 2-3 weeks 14 days -21 days after appointment. Lashes must meet a 50-60% fullness requirement. If you are unsure please send a picture via text Anything after 21 days will result in a full set Please book a removal if you have passed 4 weeks or if you’ve applied mascara, glue, or oil to extensions.
